This is traditional recipe my MIL used to prepare ! She used to prepare it on gas stove. With little variation I baked this wadi in oven. Its really very tasty!!
Ingredients :
Besan (Gram Flour) : 1 Cup
Bhajni : 1 cup ( chakli bhajni or thalipith bhajni )
Rice flour : 2 tsp

Water : 2-3 Cup or as required
Fresh Green peas : 1 1/2 cups ( frozen can be used )
Potato : 1/2 cup boiled & cut in big pieces
Chilli paste : 1 tsp
Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Coriender leaves : Handful
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Sesme seeds : 2 tsp
Salt : as per taste
Sugar : 1tsp
Vegetable Oil : 4 tbsp
Baking powder : 3/4 tsp

Recipe :
1. Dry roast Gram flour for 5 minutes or till it becomes light brown.
2. Add Bhajni & Rice flour in the besan.

3. Boil green peas till little soft. Add peas & potato to above misture.
4. Add Coriander, cumin, chilli, turmeric powder .
5. Also add Chilli & Garlic paste. Add salt & sugar.
6. Add water as required. Consistency should be little thicker than idli batter.

8. Grease the pan with oil generously. Pour the mixture and spread it evenly. Add a few drops of oil on top & also add some chopped coriander on the top.
9. Bake the wadi in preheated oven at 180 C for 40-45 minutes till it becomes golden brown..
Cut into pieces & enjoy this tasty wadi with yogurt!!
