Prepared this tilgul with unusual ingredients !!
Ingredients :
Roasted unpolished sesame seeds ( til ) : 1 cup
Oats : 1 cup
Roasted peanuts : 1/2 cup
Roasted Flax seeds powder ( javas/ alsi ) : 1/4 cup
De seeded (pitted) chopped black dates : 1/2 cup
Finely cut jaggery or jaggery powder : 1/2 cup
Desi Ghee : 6 tsp
Black Raisins : 1/4 cup
Roasted unpolished sesame seeds ( til ) : 1 cup

De seeded (pitted) chopped black dates : 1/2 cup
Finely cut jaggery or jaggery powder : 1/2 cup
Desi Ghee : 6 tsp
Black Raisins : 1/4 cup
Elaichi Powder (Green Cardamom) : 1 tsp
Recipe :
- Add 2 tsp desi ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
- When ghee melts add oats & roast till brown.
- Add dates & mix properly.
- Add coarsely grounded sesame seeds, peanut powder & flax powder.
- Mix properly. Add jaggery & remaining ghee.
- Jaggery melts because of heat.
- Roll the laddus when mixture is hot as per size you want & enjoy !!
