One more Healthy Breakfast cereal !!
Ingredients :
Oats : 21/2 cups ( I used Suffola oats )
Wheat flex : 1 cup
Corn flex : 1 cup
Amaranth grain ( Rajgira lahi ) : 1/2 cup
Flax seeds ( Javas or Alsi ) : 1/4 cup
Chopped roasted Almonds: 1/3 cup
Chopped roasted Walnuts : 1/3 cup
Chopped black raisins : 1/2 cup
Golden raisins ( khismis ) : 3 tsp
Honey : 2 tsp
Olive oil : 2 tsp
Cinnamon powder ( dalchini ) : 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder ( jayphal) : 1 tsp
Vanilla essence : 1/2 tsp
I used plain corn & wheat flex which are available very cheep in market.

Recipe :
- Roast oats , Wheat flex, Corn flex one by one by adding very small amount of olive oil.
- Roast Rajgira lahi & flax seeds.
- Roast till all the cereals turn brown & crispy.
- After cooling mix all the cereals.
- Add chopped almonds, walnuts, raisins, khismis, nutmeg & dalchini powder.
- Add honey. Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Again roast for 5 minutes on medium flame till all the ingredients mix nicely.
- Cool completely. Store the cereal in a airtight container.
- Serve this healthy with hot or cold milk as per your choice.
- You can add fresh fruits if you like.
Above measure yields about 750 gms .
